I’m happy to say that the service and products we received from Aussie Concrete Products was excellent! We just built a new house on this block and the slope of the hill meant we needed a retaining wall. This wall was looking like it would split the backyard in half which my wife and I weren’t looking forward to doing but had too. The boys from Aussie turned up and I explained what we’d prefer to happen with our yard and they set about trying to gives us as much yard as possible. We had chosen the standard concrete sleeper wall but when they tried to dig the holes for the wall our ground was all rock 2 feet down (good to know that the house won’t move but bad for retaining walls). Well ACP suggested using a new product instead which they had just got in, a large block wall. It allowed them to put the wall closer to the fence line giving us more yard and making my wife very happy. I’ve attached a photo of the finished yard since the photo was taken we put a small pool fence along it to stop little kids going over the edge.
In all we would recommend Aussie Concrete Products to anyone, They are prompt, hard working and try to meet the needs of their clients.

We have recently had an Aussie Concrete retaining wall installed on our block of land in Carindale in preparation for our new Metricon home to be built. Darren Woodman was the manager who handled the retaining wall project for us.
I am writing to highlight Darren’s brilliant work, from start to finish. I can tell you honestly at a time when it appeared no one would help us, at a very difficult time of the year (1st week January) and in a very limited timeframe, Darren was able to convert a very stressful time into a very good experience. This meant that he was able to assist us with an indicative quote, arranging an engineering assessment for the existing retaining walls and specs for our new walls with Andrew Wilkins, council approval and Installation straight after the block was cut. Finally Darren also organised the final Form 16 sign off for the council and engineering requirements.
In essence what Darren said he would do, he did. The expectations were set and he delivered, without fuss. He was always contactable and always willing to answer any queries that I had, and there were a few!
I am a senior manager with a major financial institution and I know how valuable it is to a business to have people who are customer focussed, know how to drive a win-win outcome, provide a pleasant customer experience and who simply get the job done.
